Aghoray is a highly effective insecticide. It contains Ethion 40% and Cypermethrin 5% EC. It is highly effective against all types of bollworm of cotton and leaf eating and fruit boring caterpillars in wide range of crops like, vegetables, pulses etc. it is also effective against whiteflies on cotton and vegetables.
Mode of Action: Aghoray contains Ethion 40% and Cypermethrin 5% EC. Ethion kills the insect pests by acting as cholinesterase (ChE) activity inhibitor. Cypermethrin is a non-systemic with contact and stomach action and is a sodium channel modulator. Aghoray (Ethion 40% + Cypermethrin 5% EC) is pyrethroid and organo phosphate combination insecticide for the control of American bollworm on cotton. It is available in emulsified concentrate form.
