Bhamus is a broad-spectrum insecticide. Bhamus is a natural analogue of nereis toxin. Bhamus contains Cartap hydrochloride 50% SP, whichis a systemic insecticide with contact as well as stomach action. It is very effective for chewing as well as for sucking insects. It has quick and long duration control. It is almost compatible with other insecticides. Treated insects stops feeding after application and dies due to starvation. It is effective for almost all the development stages of insects i.e. eggs, larvae and adults. It has longer persistency thus long duration control.
Mode of Action: Bhamus is a natural analogue of nereistoxin, has systemic as well as stomach and contact action. It is a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) channel blockers.
